Refunds and Returns
Intexa service (Pimentos Ltd.) provides digital services and virtual credits, which are classified as electronic (digital) content.
According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, digital content is not subject to return or exchange once access has been granted or the content has begun to be used.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be granted only if the purchased credits have not been used and access to the digital service has not been consumed.
Once any part of the credits has been activated or used, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
Refund Window
Refund requests (where eligible) must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where technically possible. Please note that cryptocurrency payments may be irreversible depending on the blockchain and payment provider.

By completing a purchase on Intexa service (Pimentos Ltd.), you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content and agree that once access is provided or credits are used, you lose the right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
